On Saturday, 19 September, the rules for the next Eurobot season are published. That day we are meeting in the lab to read them together.
The rules set out what the table looks like, what the robots have to do and how many points each task is worth — everything we will be working on for the coming months follows from them. First we go through them in full, then we talk through ideas: what looks feasible, where the traps are and where to start.
No preparation or prior experience is needed to come along. If you have been thinking about joining us, this is a good moment: the season is only starting, so you haven’t missed anything.
You will find us in the lab at the School of Electrical Engineering.
